The mission of the Environmental Technologies Club (Entech) is to further the interest and education in environmentally friendly technologies through student projects that demonstrate and apply those technologies.
Project ELMO:
Goal: To create an ELectric MOtorcycle that is recharged with sustainable energy(wind, solar, etc.)
Project Cost: $2,800.
Project SCH:
Goal: To create a Solar Convection(air flow, non-electric) Heating unit that will use recycled aluminum cans to gather solar energy for heating.
Project Cost: $140.
Entech is primarily an engineering club, but you don't need to be an engineering student to get involved! There is a need for Graphic Design, Advertising, Engineering, Outreach(planning events for kids and college students), Fundraising and many other parts that are needed to make this organization a success.
